Below are the steps to enable 'Developer Options' on Android.
1. Open
Settings > About device > Scroll down to 'Build number'.
2. Tap 'Build number' for seven times to enable developer options
Finally you can see message "Developer mode has been enabled." on your android screen.
3. Go back to 'Settings', you can see the 'Developer options' as part of settings.
4. Now enable 'USB debugging'.

Check the check box for USB debugging, to enable the USB debugging.
